Are Indian Journalist less objective?

In India where the news channel and newspaper are possibily be increasing in number faster than than people leaving shivsena,the role of journalist whether tv or print is becoming increasingly important.
When on looks at the tv or print media the question of the quality is always there but atleast its improving everyday in some cases.But real question remains are the indian journalist less objective compare to global standerds or for that matter mainly western counterpart.
Here are some examples which confuses me..
Why someone like Burkha dutt calls all politicans sir if they are from national party ?
(is something to do with the power they possess or indian tradition?)
Kiran bedi was not called madam is similar program by her (who is better in acadmic or admistrative skills or honesty than any politicians!)
Similarly even as Aroon Purie could not get over his breaking interview of advani?
How many times we see this happen on BBC Or CNN or ABC or CNBC?
They are objective in the way they conduct themselve (they use mr president or mr vice president)
Even when we see the channels defending themselves for more than two days how there interigrity cant be questioned?They just need to stick by there story and thats it.
Even when reporting the tone of the reporters are different when they talk to personality and they talk about the person when he is not there in scene.(e.g. bal thackery interviews)
Similarly one see people who are going to get more TRP are given more maska and chaska compare to other(best example is RKB show)
Similary someone like HT whos reporters reported the ash and salman tapes did not came with there version when police said the tape are not real...!
There are some people who does not fit in the catergory but how many?
I think time has come for the change in mindset of Indian Journalist as well.
Of course thats only my view........!
